Sheri Thibeau, Registered Psychologist
Sheri is a Registered Psychologist, and the founder of It Takes Practice Counselling Services. She has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Alberta. She has been working as a psychologist in Red Deer since 2019, and Canmore since 2022. She specializes in helping people with their relationships - with themselves and with others.
Christie Harrison, Canadian Certified Counsellor
Christie is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She has a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Northern BC. She starts with It Takes Practice in December 2023. Christie brings over 10 years of experience across a variety of areas in mental health. Christie specializes in interpersonal relationships, maternal mental health and postpartum wellness.
Chantel Gafour, Office Manager
Chantel is the amazing human behind the scenes, making our lives easier. With her training as a Medical Office Assistant, she handles all the administrative duties for ITP, including insurance payments, direct billing, and scheduling concerns. She is the warm, kind person you will be texting, emailing, or talking with when you call the office.
