Individual Counselling

The goal of individual counselling is to increase understanding of your thoughts and behavioral patterns, and be able to make changes that better suit who you are.

When we see and understand our patterns and defenses, we get to show up in our lives and relationships in a new, meaningful way. We can access tools and strategies that help us shift out of our automatic, instinctive reactions, and approach life in ways that are aligned with our true self.

Counselling can help us have greater capacity to handle the waves of life in a more flexible way.

Couples Counselling

All couples fight and go through rough patches. The ebb and flow of connection and disconnection is part of life together.

Sometimes though, couples end up in dynamics that are painful and repetitive. Disagreements may escalate and become more commonplace, or in contrast, the relationship may become silent, with each partner retreating into their own world.

Couples counselling provides a safe environment for the couple to identify their patterns, learn to work as a team, and make sustainable changes in their relationship.

TEen/Adolescent Counselling

Teens today are facing more mental health challenges than before. These issues can affect their family relationships, social lives, school performance, and overall health and well-being.

If your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, boundaries, counselling can help. Counselling will help build awareness around their anxiety and depression, give them tools to cope in a healthy way. Counselling can also help them effectively communicate and set healthy boundaries.

Maternal Mental Health

After the arrival, life can feel chaotic, as the whole family structure shifts and changes.
