Kristy is a Registered Psychologist working at our Red Deer location.
She provides therapy for adults, adolescents, and children (10+), as well as couples and families who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, or significant life transitions.
Kristy is passionate about providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
She also brings extensive experience in psychological assessment, offering comprehensive evaluations that support clarity, direction, and informed treatment planning.
