Duration: 12 weeks; Starting in March, 2025
Session Length: 90 minutes; Every Tuesday.
Time: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Who Is This Program For?
Adolescents struggling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, self-injury, social
withdrawal, irritability, impulsivity and difficult relationships.
What To Expect:

Weekly Sessions: Each session is designed to be both interactive and engaging. Adolescents will participate in exercises, group discussions, role-playing and weekly at-home practice to reinforce their learning and build confidence in using these tools effectively.

Parent Session: One dedicated session for parents to learn the skills and support their adolescents.

Expert Guidance: Led by an experienced Registered Provisional Psychologist with specialized training in DBT.
