Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT)

PACT aims to help couples notice their reactions as they occur, and learn how to better address one another’s needs.

PACT quickly gets to the heart of what is happening with conflict and tension in the relationship, helping each partner truly see the other person. The PACT model assumes that each couple has the capacity for safety, security, and long-term happiness.

Sheri is has taken the Level II training in PACT, and participates in monthly case consults with Stan Tatkin.
