Assessment
Assessments are a formal way to measure how an individual is functioning and how this functioning may be affecting one's overall mood, thoughts, and actions.
Assessments can also provide information related to relational patterns and how these may play out at home, work, or within the school environment.
To ensure accuracy when conducting an assessment, he gathers information, including but not limited to, standardized testing, clinical observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results and recommendations will then be communicated to you in a follow-up meeting as well as a summary report of the findings.
